Clean, friendly staff, and great coffee. I have made this slight detour several times on my way through the area.
Extremely slow service in the morning due to low staff. They have even closed the indoor dining area a couple times because they can't handle that plus the drive through. If you see more than three cars in line, just skip it. The coffee is good and the food is fine.
Always out of everything and always gets our orders wrong. Pulled up through the drive through tonight around 8:30pm and I couldn’t even get my question out before the lady screamed NO. She didn’t even let me finish what I was saying. Not someone who should be working with people.
All I can say to make a short story even shorter is Nadia was amazingly accommodating to us three old ladies that came in for afternoon coffee. She accommodated Us in served us with a big fat smile. Which is more than I can say for the gentleman and I use the term lightly. That was well behind her not doing a thing. The dining room was a bit of a mess. Including the big fat chocolate milk spill that was on the floor. While she served us he just stared at it we ended up cleaning it up for him. Other guests came in to make purchases. And he disappeared while she was cleaning. Nadia was exceptional to say the least
20 minutes in line just for cup coffee!! Really need to only serve things at are quick keep line moving
