I enjoyed my visit despite some issues at the door. I came in and the host was taking a to go order. A server was standing beside her and said that the host would be with me in a moment. So, I waited. Finally, the bartender asked the same server that talked to me to help me. She pulled up the book to seat me and looked at it for a half minute. Two other hosts came to the podium, and the server told them that I needed to be sat, so they began to study the book. Finally, I just said that I would sit in the bar...so I did. The bartenders were fabulous, and so was the food. I thought the whole process at the door was a little rude and mishandled. It was clear the server wanted no part of helping me and didn't make me feel welcome. I get that it was Sunday at 9 pm, but I felt a coldness from the staff at the door. The bartenders, however, could not have been better. Personality and care is what they showed. Great steak...great everything once I sat there. The bartenders REALLY saved the day.
good service even when busy, good steaks for their price point, good drink specials. As an out of towner here for work, this was a great place.
I took my husband here for Father's day and the food was awesome. Whoever the cook is I give them a "10". My steak was fresh and juicy and all of my food was great. I sat at the bar and the waitress was excellent even though she told us she doesn't work on Sunday's I think she was wonderful. Her customer service is great. I will be back again and let everyone know that Logan's is a great place to eat at.
First couple of times we visited we had a great waiter /waitress. Nice and helpful and quick. The food was good and we had a good time. However, this last time we went, it took them forever-over half an hour to get food out to us. We were at the restaurant so long it became unenjoyable. Our waitress was a rude brat. The drink she served us tasted like it was pure alcohol and she copped an attitude when we asked her to take it back because it sucked. Then to top everything off, they double charged us for our food. So we had to call and figure that out the following day. We won't be back for a while.
Don't waste your time. Not busy only a 10 minute wait but had seating in bar. So we went into the bar...no one ever came over to get our drink order. Several waitresses walk by us...never checking to see if we had been help!! Terrible customer service!! Won't be going back there! At Claddagh now and it's awesome!!
