This place is always busy and there is a line in the drive up. But they get thorough quickly without a long wait. Always friendly service.
Worst Starbucks in the area. Mobile orders don’t take precedent. Always slow. The two standalones in Avon are much better.
Starbucks in Plainfield is pretty good. The staff are very, very friendly and are often having fun behind the counter whilst still being productive. It's very small and usually hard to find a seat. In fact, they recently changed the layout which means there is far less seating (removed two round tables in favor of some plush seats...) which is a shame. Regardless, the drinks are great and the staff are super nice and remember your name. They even asked where I had been when I returned after a few months, which was really warming.
Starbucks in Plainfield certain Personnel that work there go way beyond their job to satisfy the customer the pricing is still high and sometimes on their promotionals like our favorite is Thanksgiving blend we get different dates when we can actually purchase that product so if they get that together and get their app which is terrible right it would be a perfect Coffee House but yes I still go to Starbucks because I love my coffee
Although this is a smaller shop the staff are very pleasant to deal with. Always super friendly with a smile. I like coming here to drink coffee and jump on the laptop to get some work done.
