Went on blackfriday saw people walk in getting gift cards who are younger than me. When i went for one this lady said its only adults so i confronted her and she took my family's cards away.
It was not good. Some itms and tables had no signage for prices. There were no associates in the ladies department. I was in the store at least 30 minutes and the only person who acknowledged me was a man in the appliances dept. I worked inthis store for several years and i was very disappointed with my shopping experience.
I tried to but curtains today..... The were several I liked but everything was out of stock!
Love Love, JCPenney ,The associates are always friendly and ready to find whatever your looking for, If they can't find it in the store they're always willing to check another location are even online for you. Good customer service is hard to find ANYMORE, I really hope that the company won't close all the great location that they have.
The staff is friendly and pretty helpful. Nice selection of items. The only downfall is the limited space. The few carts they have are kind of hard to maneuver through the small spaces. But that’s not a reason not to come. It’s a good location close to other stores and places to eat.
