I called for service and had two electricians arrive at my house within two hours of inital call. Both were very curtious and extremely friendly. They explain exactly what your options are and give you a detailed description of what they will do. Very fairly priced and outstanding service.

A fallen tree ripped off the power lines on my home during a huge storm on a Friday morning. We called Mr. Electric mid afternoon, and someone was out to us promptly. They found us a generator to keep our sump pump working to prevent flooding in the basement, and set it up at 8:00 that evening. (a true life-saver, the water was 6" deep before it was set up). They began work by 8am Saturday, and finished by noon or 1. When the power company came up to reconnect us after that, they told that the work was exceptionally well done. We really appreciate their prompt service, great communication, and extra care.
Sammie and his team at Mr Electric are absolutely wonderful. We had several electricians come out look at our breaker panel that needed to be replaced and upgraded (needed for a new appliance that pulls a lot of watts), give us recommendations and provide quotes. When Sammie came out he wasn't pushy, he wasn't trying to under or over sell us to get the bid, he was honest, suggested what was best and gave us a fair price. From the time he visited we could tell that we could trust him. He didn't have the lowest price, but we hired him because we felt we could trust his experience and word to get the job done right. They came out as promised - even in subzero temperatures and did an outstanding job. We told him some of our future plans and he was helpful in giving suggestions on how to hook things up with our new panel. What sent us over the edge is the fact that they provide a lifetime warranty. We could not be more pleased with the service or product installed - they did a great job and were very professional. Lastly, I wanted to note that after they packed up and left they were further attentive to our concerns. We had some breakers pop after the install and we asked if there was anything we should look at to be proactive considering the panel had just been replaced. He sent someone out promptly to check it and make sure there was nothing wrong with the wiring in the panel. They found that we have a loose cable on our stove and that was what caused things to pop - after the visit Sammie personally sent us an email to check in on us.
