They have been very friendly and pleasant to me about 98% of the time but I believe it's probably another case of a new hire. And those are the ones I don't see or hear from much after that so they must quit or are let-go.
So we've gotten breadsticks like this multiple times from this store. I don't understand how you blatantly serve this to someone who pays for this and tips well every time. Doubt I'll be back.
Usually they are 'Spot-On' but every now and then they'll get something wrong...when that does happen (again, it's very rare), it is REALLY wrong. BUT...They will ALWAYS take care of it and reimburse my credit/debit card and make it right!! But like I said...That's VERY rare. It probably happens when they hire new people that just haven't caught on yet?!
Very hit and miss here. Once waited 1.5 hours for two sides and a dessert. Breadsticks were tough. Didn't get my sauces. Next time i got my order in less than 30 minutes, nice and hot. And right now it's going on an hour for a pizza, sides and drink. Didnt start making it until 40 minutes after i ordered
Great pizza and John the manager is excellent. They deliver late as well which is a plus!
I STILL turn to them whenever I get the craving!
I called to place an order for my store and the guy on the phone was rude. I felt like he didn't want to take my order or help me with finding specials, nothing. I asked for him to read my order back and he asked me if i was serious and i said yes please and after that it was nothing but attitude.
I only order from Papa John's if I want pizza at home. Sometimes I pick it up but usually have it delivered.
