I have never been so infuriated as with the taco bell that we just left! We walked into 18 people waiting for their orders! One woman said she has already been there 40 minutes and used her entire lunch hour! We left after 30 minutes with NO FOOD! There was one person in the drive thru, who waited 40 minutes, the order was made wrong, so he came in and demanded his money back...she raised her voice, stood there and argued with him! We all started warning people who were walking in to the waiting crowd...and the cashier yelled at me how rude I was! Then she proceeded to tell the next person that walked in that it was a 40 minute wait! Which is exactly what we were all saying! They refunded soooo much money, as another 12 or so walked right back out the door....All of this, as we watched three people just staring at the order screen, as someone else swept the same spot on the floor for 20 minutes! The times are not exaggerated! Thank you for nothing Plainfield Indiana taco bell! Thankfully we are travelling through, as we would never return...still hungry, and now a half hour behind schedule!
They turn off all the lights at night so you do t know if there open or closed. I drive past it 5 days a week, at different times at night. And you gotta just pull in and see if they answer the intercom. Doesn't make any since to turn out the main sign, the dinning room, and even the parking lot lights.
Fairly slow, but nice people, and good food.
As the customer is explaining what the issue is with her service she shut the window on me. She should be aware some people would have snatched her ignorance through the window... Young kids believe pushing a programmed button is work.. Stfu
Incredibly understaffed and unprepared for lunch rush. So far it has been 20+ min for 3 tacos. Still have a half dozen orders in front of mine. The staff that is here is helpful and friendly but they obviously need to hire more people.
