I took my car in just to spray off dust. 3 of the bays were full of mud. I went to get change and was shorted $1.00 when putting in $3.00. There were cigarette butts all over the ground and the trash was overflowing. I started spraying with the high pressure soap setting and only water came out. I tried to move the knob to a different setting and the knob fell off in my hand. I finally got it to spray soap however I couldn't get it back to rinse and my time ran out so I had to leave with soap on my car. Of course there is never anyone on duty so I left and went to Crew Car Wash to get the soap off. This place use to me really nice however it is HORRIBLE now.
Do not use the card option on the vacuum. I used 4 dollars, I hit stop when I was done. This morning I see my card was charged 15 dollars.
You can use your card for the self wash instead of changing out quarters
i got the ultimate carwash in the soft touch bay after my car was done it still wasn’t clean (I park under a tree so by no means was it bubblelands fault) I called the number on the website and left a voicemail, less than 10 min later my call was returned and the gentleman had Kyle wash off my car and send me back through to make sure it got completely clean. I have a white car and they are difficult to get clean, the second time around it is completely and totally clean and the two men were absolutely wonderful. Thank you guys so much.
Facilities were well kept, clean, and had an attendant on duty early on a Saturday morning. I used the touch free wash which did a great job, but my car never gets dirty. I used the self-serve bays afterwards as they had an air blower - nice thing to have available to get water out of door jambs and other nooks.
