Brought my truck here for undercoating and window tinting Feb. 4th. Put my truck on a lift a week later and noticed several places that were missed and tint on one of my windows was peeling. So I called them and they said to bring it back in. I made an 8am appointment with a lady over the phone. When I got there they couldn't find my appointment. I was there about 2 Hrs and my truck was still sitting outside. Finally we walk back to the lift and they see the places that were missed. On the 3rd hour, my daughter came to get me. We went to get her oil changed & tires rotated and had lunch. Get back to Zeibart and my truck still wasn't done. I work 12hr shifts and don't get many days off. I wasted 1/2 my day here having work done that should have been done right the first time. Not once was I offered a discount on the services. I was going to have them Rhino line the bed, but think I'll look elsewhere for that.
Good, professional service. Always offer other vehicle services when I'm there (never pushy though). Recommend using them for specific vehicular needs.
Awesome friendly service. My truck was ready and looking hood when they promised it would be. They even called me go jpdate their progress!! All smiles and everyone was helpful.
Paid for undercoating and interior cleaning they did not clean my interior had to reschedule and go back waste of time do it right the first time or don't do it at all.
They damaged my car installing a remote start that malfunctioned and had to be removed. Several days of a broke down car and all the stress and cost that entails. On top of that, damaged my interior. They lied about the damage. Worst customer service!
