I will never in my life go to this bath and body works again!!!!!!!!!!!! The ugly 8ft tall scathing monster of a for lack of words female dog, was completely and utterly rude to myself, my friend and other customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! to work in a management position as she did she had very poor customer service skills. Telling me that I am not allowed to shop at her bath and body works again because i had used some coupons. Labeled my friend and i as soon as we walked in...sending her minion employee to follow us around the store, stopped checking us out at the cash register to take a phone call on her personal cell phone then after her call had her minion take over the register so she could go off talking to one of her friends that came to visit her. she was completely rude, unprofessional...and an arrogant, presumptuous, egotistical @$$hole...and just all around sucked as a human being. i would rate this store zero stars but I am required to rate it at least one.
The staff was amazing! They were all friendly and helpful in every way! I will definitely return to this store!!!
