Better than nothing, but not by much. Used to be a very great place, but now it's almost impossible to get seen in a timely manner. Not to mention if you need prescribed medicine, they only have one doctor on staff and he's constantly over booked.
Was giving coping skill from my therapist and I was in an out of counseling centers for yrs and Noone else could help me work through my issues
