Rudest front office staff I have ever encountered. Been calling for three days to get my daughter in. Vickie was to receive my referral and call me back. Referral was faxed, she keeps making excuses and reciting policy, and acted like she never spoke to me. Rude. I would not take anyone that I love or care about, to this office. Vickie should be fired. I hope Dr. Johnson reads this review and becomes aware of her inept staff.
