I called the store to check on a products availability. The way the girl answered the phone first off was unprofessional for a place of business. Answering the phone with " thank you for calling sprint" is not how you answer a phone. She never told me what her name is if i ever wanted to come in and ask for her how would I know? She didn't answer my questions nor did she go out of her way to do so. I also didn't get a goodbye or anything. Some customer service training is highly recommended at this store.
There are only 2 employees in this store right now. And 3 customers. We have been waiting almost an hour and just now got asked if we needed any help. Funny thing is if even if we did there is no one here to help us because the 2 employees are still with the 2 customers from an hour ago. We brought our kids because we knew it would be quick welll it's not! Boo this place!
Corporate store, best Sprint stores are generally the best, quick service!! A+
