Be sure to ask for copies of any checks written there, just to be safe.
I paid a loan off on 5/30/2017. Received a receipt for a zero balance, paid in full. I even received a statement showing zero owed. 2 months passed and I received a call from One Main stating my check didn't clear their bank.I never received a good explanation about where my check ended up.I ended up writing a second check for the same amount, hopefully things go better the second time thru.
