Apparently this type of mistake is common enough that it terrorizes his dreams. He launched into a lecture and informed me that he would not be "able to do anything of the sort", pointed out the one letter mistake (at length), placed the envelope on the counter, spun around and flounced away.
I ship and receive a lot of packages from this particular store and I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I depend on them for my business needs and they deliver.

I'd be impressed if i had paid to see a high school drama. As it stands, it was bafflingly annoying.
Oh my goodness. The old gentlemen that looks like a frustrated college professor is the angriest little man I have ever had the complete displeasure of dealing with. I had to return a broken phone, and didn't notice the return label was for uspS rather than UPS (honestly would be more comfortable with UPS). When I smiled and handed over the package, I asked for a receipt of some kind.
