Worse company ever if i could give them no stars it would be that. Im out of work for 3 months and told thwm that and they still came by and toke the washer and dryier.
I would have given this zero stars if it wasn't for the great customer service from Grace. She completely saved a train wreck of a situation and did it with everything that is her name - grace. She was very kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly able to communicate everything I needed to know as a customer in a very simple way to understand. I'm not going to bash anyone, but a few people could learn on how to deal with customers from Grace! She's an All Star!
