My experience at The Room Place was a very helpful and pleasing time. Dustin was assisting me on purchasing a new mattress set and was one of the best team members I've seen in the industry, he seemed like he really cared and wanted to help in every way and that's rare these days. The quality of service was amazing, the only reason my review warrants any stars at all. The quality of the furniture here is Walmart or Big Lot quality at best. I fear for my sectional anytime my child leans on the back, the framework is separating after two years of use. Guess I am going to have to drop A LOT more green to meet my quality expectations!
We was greeted by Cole immediately entering the store. Was looking for a sofa table, we were unable to find the one we wanted unfortunately. Cole was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.
