Our project was also a bit challenging because we wanted to blend a mid-century-modern vibe / design feel with both contemporary and retro materials and details in a 60-year-old tract home - it wasn't just new cabinets and granite counter tops. They respect the fact that this is your home, and not just a construction site.
The other big thing that stood out was during the project close-out / punch list stage. There were several small issues (as there always are) that were most likely the result of miscommunication. Unlike many contractors, Plainfield Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling simply fixed the problems, with no discussion and no pushback. Bottom line, they made a stressful experience (especially for my wife) less stressful and were able deliver the custom kitchen that we really wanted.
