Team members very pushy and trying to make a deal. Switched out my sales associate half way through for no reason and were mad when I asked for my original girl back since she knew what I liked and was nice to me. So anyway get told the ring is on clearance. Come to find out it's not and it's actually just in sale. Led me to believe if I didn't buy today it would be gone forever. So buy the ring but still just don't feel right about it. Found another ring that I ended up loving and needed to return the ring. Now mind you that this is the same day so they didn't have to ship it out or anything. Walk in and get mean mugged then I can hear them talking bad about me when I am returning the ring. Do not recommend try to go to another helzberg. People r stuck up and mean.
Friendly if you look like you got money! They love to check your credit first so they can show you the area for you to shop. Go in there dressed up and you get all the royal treatment! This happened to my man and different time to me. My better half went in after he got off work looked wore out because he was working many overtime day and had not even time for haircut. They verily wanted to assist him. First thing as he was just looking they wanted to run his credit! Boy when they got that back they were all over him showing him queen Elizabeth items and the whole store pushing him to buy. Before they checked his credit they showed very little interest in helping him. I been in there a couple of times. One day sweat suite work out clothes and another dressed up. People do judge you by how you look. It happens to me to there. If course they know A standing credit so now no issue. Very sad Halzberg all should get same treatment. You never know who really has good credit or the money just because you looked at how a person dressed. NOW THAT WAS THE BAD. NOW THE GOOD! Great great quality jewelry . AND THEY SEND CARD NOTICE of cleaning reminders,, sales often. Will even call you. Has shows for jewelry remade out of your old or passed down jewelry pieces. The last time I was there I had a very friendly lady.
