Great place, staff can seem standoff-ish but they are actually just respectful of your space if you want to look around. Once I figured that out it became a way more friendly atmosphere to me than the bike shops that won't leave you alone.
The staff is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They genuinely care about their customers and work.
Owners are great folks who offer high quality products and outstanding service. They let you test ride bikes in the parking lot and make sure everything fits you a d you needs well.
