I was going to get married at the Palms, but I had some unexpected family emergencies come up and I had to cancel the wedding. I put $600 down for the venue, but I NEVER signed a contract. My mother called to see if there was anyway that I could get the money back because I didn't sign the contract and Maryann (owner) was VERY rude and ended up hanging up on my mother. I DO NOT recommend trying to have a wedding there at all, the customer service is VERY POOR! Technically, I didn't sign a contract, so I could have gotten my money back, I guess they needed it more than I did. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
