The sales man was outstanding but the alterations they did were overpriced and looked like shotty work..
I have to admit that I always thought of Jos A. Bank as being *above* our budget and a little "nose in the air" based on their marketing approach, but it turns out they're always running sales and you can find yourself strolling out the front door with a $700 three piece suit for $170.
-super helpful and honest staff (they were open about an upcoming sale when we said the suit was out of our budget)

Fantastic customer service Tux was amazing cost was very reasonable and found it to be the best in the group. Everyone else paid two or three times what I did and did not look as nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We had a tux rental and due to a family emergency, my son was not able to even wear it. Upon returning the tux, I explained what had happened. I wasn't expecting any sort of refund. The young man said there's no charge sir. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This is the type of business that I will recommend and return to.
