Torrid Plainfield Indiana... just left 6:15 pm on 9-13-17. Worst experience.... 2 sales reps working. I had to ask about getting a room had maybe 6 items in my hand.... says room 2 is open... I got more items maybe 10 total and I took all my items to the room never had anyone ask how I was doing need a different size. I left without anyone acknowledging me saying thanks for coming in... or anything.... I had a $10.00 birthday coupon didn't even use it because no one seemed to care I was in the store.
This is one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is the only clothing store I shop at.

Their clothes are a bit pricey but to find something that actually fits my body, it's worth it. There are other stores suited for plus size women, but I love that Torrid is geared more towards a younger crowd.
