Does not deserve to be in business. Took my cat who was very lethargic and peeing outside of box that was never a problem before. They wanted to run hundreds of $ tests for poss kidney failure, tumors etc. Asked for lab results. They were extremely reluctant to give them to me. Sent them to my vet back home who was extremely upset as my cat had a simple uti. He said Banfield across the country were notorious for wanting to sell insurance and run tests. Not to ever return.
I have taken several cats and dogs here over the last 5 years. Some of my pets are on the Wellness plan and some are not. I have always gotten excellent care and I am picky. Dr. G has been there a very long time and is a very conscientious Veterinarian. I trust her and I work in research! Over time, I am convinced that the wellness plan catches things like cancer, kidney/liver issues early, and if you love your pet and can afford it, it is well worth it. This location is an excellent choice, esp if you ask for Dr. G.
I don't know if this place is good or bad because they refuse to give me any information. I called to get a price on spaying my female cat and they say they can't give me even a ballpark figure without me bringing her in for an exam. Seems like a money trap seeing that every other get in the area quoted me a basic price. I could take her to f.a.c.e but I was trying to avoid driving to the eastside. So i ended up going the avon animal clinic instead this one.
This 1 star is not deserved. The women I spoke with over the phone were extremely rude. I got hung up on three times. One of them scheduled me. Another told me I didn't have an appointment and I could bring my dog in the morning then I got hung up on again. I called back, they picked up and hung up. These women are obviously unhappy with their jobs. Ladies, Please go find a job you enjoy. Our pets deserve to be treated in a loving place and if you didn't know, you deserve to be happy in your work place.
Amazing service. We are truck drivers and needed some shots that were due on our puppy. We called 4 other banfields that we along the way to New Jersey and not one could take the 5 min we needed. We called this one with only a 2 hr heads up. The doctor was in surgery but was able to take our pup in between. In and out within an hour. Twila and the other staff were super nice. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Maybe if YOU were nice and actually listened they might have helped out too...
