I went to get hamsters awhile back from here. I asked employees for assistance. They made themselves scarce and ran away or walked around on cell phones. Their was a nice lady there from a dog adoption agency who tried to help even. All we could was shrug and leave. Rude and disrespectful employees. Don't expect assistance at this pet smart.

I love PetSmart as opposed to leading pet supply chains. They always have great deals and promotions. The staff at this location is really helpful and kind, except the Saturday manager. She is disrespectful, was annoyed with our two coupons, and rude to the kind employee checking us out. This has actually happened twice at this location! But the store is always stocked well and the other employees are always helpful!
