Love Huntington Bank! Tellers are very friendly and helpful. The services are perfect for our family - especially love that we can make ATM deposits up till midnight and they will show up the very next business day. Would not take my personal business anywhere else!
Then we decided because of this trouble we would bank elsewhere. Today we returned to close the account and it took OVER AN HOUR just to see us. With only one couple before us that is ridiculous.
This is by far the best branch! Linda and Sarah are like family. I will never switch banks because of the people. Ive been with this branch almost 25 years, i will be with them for another 25! Thank you ladies
Then it took another 20 minutes to close the account. This consisted of the "manager" not being able to find me in the system and then waiting in line for a teller to write a check. Once she reached a teller (like we tried to do to start with) she stood and chatted with the teller for what seemed like an unreasonable amount of my time wasted.
This branch is my favourite in the area. Friendly service people and help fast.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
When I opened my account, it was with another branch and that was by-far the only good experience I had.
This branch and another branch misinformed my new wife what was required to change her name on the account.
