After a few questions about tires I went home did my research and they were right. So I called back and they had all 6 tires ready to put on. They again were very nice, polite and quick. They explained everything to me and never forced me to get a more expensive tires for my RV. The bathrooms were clean, good coffee and just an all round pleasant atmosphere. Thanks guys, I'm recommending your services to all my friends.
Always have a great experience with Big O. Hooked me up with 4 new tires and an alignment. Only thing that sucked was I had to drive from the Mooresville location to get the tires I wanted (Mooresville told me they had it in stock over the phone, but they did not when I showed up an hour later) which isn't the Plainfield locations fault. I definitely recommend them! They said an hour and a half wait and they were right on the money!
My most resent visit Monday, February 27,2017. They are awesome, went the extra mile to help. I went in with my Class C RV to get an oil change which went great. They were fast and friendly, the place was clean and the coffee was good. Very knowledgable.
Always been hesitant of most repair shops but this is the only place I go... Affordable, they will work with you, always courteous and clean... I wont go anywhere else
