I love when you can find d good customer service oriented auto mechanics. Had a problem with both my Van door and my cable to my battery. Minor problems, but The Mngr helped with quick fixes that got me back on the road. Hard to find good people, found them herr.
This is THE place I bring my cars for everything from oil changes to minor and major repairs. Little things they often fix for free or close to it. I don't get pressured to repair something every time my oil is changed. Fast and friendly (overused phrase, but true).
They're like family! John and his team are great! They always go above and beyond. They are reliable and do great work! Buy the tire warranty! Well worth it!
I had a flat tire on my car so I pulled into carX and decided to get 2 new tires. It was at 1:30 pm told them that I had to be at work at 2:45 pm guy on the counter was like yeah no worries we’ll get to done way before then.. finally got it done at 3:30 pm I . Took them 2 hours to put on 2 tires. I was an hour late getting to work. They’ll say anything to get you in the door. I personally will never go to carX ever again and will tell family and friends to do the same.
I really value the great customer service from Ryan and the team at the Plainfield CarX. I took my 2008 Fusion (162k miles) in for what seemed to be a front wheel bearing issue. Monty evaluated the situation and recommended a reasonable plan of action. He took time to explain what he found and assured me even that even though the bearings may be causing some noise it was not unsafe to drive. We decided to address the tires and tie rod first, then assess the bearing issue. They don't just want to replace parts that you may not need. Prices are very reasonable and Ryan made sure to give me every possible discount available. I won't hesitate to give them my business in the future.
