Since I moved from MN to IN this past August, I had a little trouble trying to find car insurance even though I knew I wanted to stay with Allstate. I found David just by googling and it worked out greatly! Him, as well as his employees did everything they could to get my insurance down to what I had it at which was great and they called and emailed every now and then to check up on me to see how I was doing. I haven't heard of any insurance agent doing that...or at least for me it hasn't happened. I've had an awesome experience going through David for insurance!
My husband and I moved all of our insurance coverage for our house and vehicles from State Farm to Allstate about a year ago, and since I had not shopped around for insurance rates in several years, I was pleasantly surprised that the process was so easy. We met with David Howard in Plainfield, and after reviewing our current coverage and rates vs. Allstate's coverage and rates, we ended up with more coverage and better service from David for the same rates I had been paying State Farm. Still no word from my former State Farm agent of 26 years! David has done a great job of answering questions and communicating with us, and we are very pleased with his agency. I haven't looked for auto/home insurance for a very long time. This past year my oldest son was going to be moving to Tulsa, OK and I was looking for coverage for him due to our insurance only being good in Indiana. They were the only insurance company that could work with us on getting insurance on him in Tulsa with the auto being in our name. The price that they quoted us was such a better price then we had been paying at our current company of 28 years.
