Horrible horrible customer service and doug hawk will just hang up on you if there is a disagreement. My girlfriend cancled her insurance through them and I witnessed this and apparently they didn't document the cancelation so now she is being charged a complete month at 350 definitely find a different inurance company I repeat they are horrible.
