Failed to to disclose ,his policies coverage sold my family crap insurance coverage after being with State Farm 30 years. Will not go back to State Farm thanks to him
We've been with Jim since 2008 or 2009, I believe. He has been a gem from day one. We've had a variety of insurance needs over the years and he is always perfectly clear about what our coverage options are. We always receive paperwork to the same effect. I call whenever I have questions. Jim always either answers or returns my call promptly. It is our pleasure and relief to be State Farm Members.
