After searching for several hours, sending out several emails, and making several phone calls explaining the situation I only received one call-back. That call-back was from Henry with "BMC Mattress" . Henry went out of his way to help me - he gave me every discount he could find, he ensured that the bed would be delivered that evening, he delivered the bed with his own vehicle, and even offered to put the bed frame together himself!
The takeaway from this drawn-out review is that, if you are looking for a bed make sure that you look at this place first. Their customer service is fantastic, the quality is great, and they will go out their way to help ensure that you get what you need.

After Henry moved everything into the room for me I got the opportunity to speak with Henry for a few moments and he mentioned that they are new in the area.
Yesterday, I was in a pinch and needed a twin size mattress, box spring and bed frame either the same day or next morning. Long story, short my grandpa was being moved to a new room at the assisted living center nearby and needed to downsize his bed.
Don't let the building fool you. These people are fast, friendly and professional. You don't get the frills here, but you get great service and good prices.
