I had family coming from IL for the Thanksgiving holiday. I booked a room at the Cambria Suites in Plainfield because my son recommended them to me. He has business associates stay there from out of state when necessary. I want to thank the sales manager, Anna Harriman, for a class A act. We had a well equipped and clean room. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the experience could have been better. The parking is oddly configured. The proper toiletries were not provided prior to out arrival: half the number of towels as our guest, no shampoo or body wash, and no additional pillows for use on the hide away bed. The breakfast may have been the best part of the experience, though it wasn't anything special. At least the eggs were cooked and not over cooked with the option of sausage, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, hash browns, yogurt, cereal, and bagels.
We stayed at the Cambria for one night because we had a very early flight the next day. The hotel is very new and up to date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the fold out sofa bed wasn't the best. We also used the airport shuttle. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and they come to pick you up when you call after arrival back at the airport. The shuttle was clean and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Thermostat broke. Had to do a bypass to heat room.
Low water pressure in shower
Very clean, nice room. The shower is huge and the room is a good size. However the closet was in a really weird place. Difficult to get to. There were weird divots in the hall that are easy to trip on. No real food offered before bar open at 5 (aside from convenient style snacks). Staff was polite, but not friendly.
