Went in to get layers blended and came out with more layers and not blended I look and feel like I now have a mullet very displeased as soon as I walked out the door she went on a smoke break makes me wonder if that's why it was rushed. Will never be back here again! You get what you pay for $14 for a hair cut that you could probably do better yourself at home!
I understand that the holidays are busy and I was a walk in. I wanted a haircut and style. Lori was at the register and said she could take me. I was seated right away, so things started off well. She cut my hair to my specifications, however, after the cut, she tried to enlist another stylist to style my hair since she had someone else coming in, and she didn't think she would have time to blowdry and curl my hair. The stylist that she asked, two stations away was busy and loudly commented, "just tell her you can't do it" I decided to just pay for the haircut and leave. If you dont have time to finish a job, please dont take on the job. I dont think I will be back.
I would not go to Katie, seemed to project her personal problems on my head. Didn't care to put care into what she was doing. Left my one of my side burns 2 cm longer than the other along with basically trying to get me out of her chair asap. It's a joke that I even tipped her.

Love this place. Been coming here for years and they always do my hair well. Cheaper prices for good quality. Usually a wait but worth if for the look. Great advice from the stylists if you ask for thoughts and feedback on your new hair ideas!
