Just left the salon, Jena, did nothing that I asked her to do. I asked for caramel like highlights, even showed a picture, ended up with what looked like black streaks going though my blonde hair. Complained. I'm fact, said I hated it. Was treated very badly. There for 5 hours. Tried to fix it, because she fried my hair. Only to be told they were charging me full price and giving me all the extra stuff they had to do for free. What a joke. I've me we had such a bad experience in my life with my hair.
