I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! Stephanie was so friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She was professional and explained the procedure, making sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. They were very helpful finding an appointment time that works with my schedule. This is a great place, clean, new and the staff is awesome!

LOVE this place! I'm a new client. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel at ease. They took their time explaining what was going to be done. And they patiently answered all my many, many, many questions. And I really appreciated how "no pressure" they were. I'm usually sceptical about trying new places. But it didn't take me long to sign up for another package!!
I can’t say enough good things about Light Rx and the staff at the Plainfield location. I really wasn’t sure what to expect for my first time having any kind of treatment done and they couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. Both Gayle and Stephanie both made sure to talk me through the procedure and checked with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and doing good. At the end they were great about explaining the follow up and what my next steps were. The clinic was so nice, everyone was professional and I will definitely be recommending to all of my friends.
