Very nice people. They made me feel comfortable did a great job.
The lady who did my nails did a crappy job and I kept telling her how I wanted it shaped and she kept telling me she will and she still couldn't do it right. She didn't paint my nails from my cuticles and you could clearly see the gap from my fake nails and the cuticle, and afterwards the lady gave me dirty looks when I told her I was unhappy with my nails.
I have gone to this salon for over a year and have never had a bad experience. It is always very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Thank you Vks
One of the worst experiences ever. The guy got rude and nasty because he said I wouldn't relax enough, even though he had complete control of my fingers. No one has ever had a problem doing my nails before and the guy ended up getting nasty and refusing to continue. So, I went to Vivi Spa Nails, and she had no issues and was much friendlier!
