No frills hotel that gets just about everything right. Rooms are immaculately clean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchenette is a nice bonus. Pricing is super reasonable and location is great. Close to tons of stores and restaurants. Wifi is fast.
If you find yourself coming into the Indianapolis area when the Pacers or Colts are in town or the speedway is up and running & everyone is jacking up the prices on their rooms, then...skip the big name places really close to the venue and come here; we did and we don't regret it one bit.

I would have given it 4 stars if it had HD TV. The TVs are flat screens but just a normal old cable signal. Rooms are very clean & nice. Staff is wonderful!
Both are located RIGHT off a main street. Speaking of...you can't hear any traffic from your room.
This is a wonderful place, whether it's for the night or a longer term stay. Recently renovated (in the last year or so), clean rooms, comfortable beds, full size refrigerator, stove top, reasonable rates. I highly recommend this place.
Really nice hotel and great area. No breakfast or other major amenities but great for plain hotel.
1) The Thai Orchid & 2) El Potro, both within walking distance.
Very clean inside & out.
There aren't any scenic views no matter which room you book.
