THE HELL WITH HANDICAPPED/DISABLED PEOPLE FOR DAYS AND DAYS .....WHO CAN'T GET IN OR OUT AND CLIMB 10 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS EACH WAY AND WALK A MILE WITH LUGGAGE KIDS ETC....... TO GET BASIC NECESSITIES .......TO SUSTAIN LIFE ......ON THE PLANET...... LIKE FOOD AND WATER.... AND OTHER NEEDS!!!!!!!!!
ITS REASONABLE TO ASSUME A CALL TO ELEVATOR REPAIR SERVICE BE MADE ASAP AND REPAIRS MADE VERY QUICKLY AND HAVE THE FIRE DEPT OR A SERVICE ON STANDBY TO HELP PEOPLE UP AND DOWN STAIRS IN WHEELCHAIRS ETC........

FROM THE LABOR INTENSIVE CLIMB UP THOSE NASTY STEEP STAIRS....SO I OFFERED TO HELP THEM...BUT, THEY DECLINED!

Staff trying to break in your rooms all the time.. early AM etc... no reason ...bypassing deadbolt.. the only thing that stopped them was a security bar..even then they kicked the door several times i yelled police and called 911 they left. Strange peeps everywhere knocking on doors 3am etc...

This location is one of the best Wood Spring Suites that I have stayed at. From the Manager to all the house keepers. Everyone is professional and as helpful as possible. The hotel is very clean and the maintenance is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers with in minutes. The Value is 5 stars.

I got in the middle of the night after an extremely long day of traveling. When the lady finally came to the front desk, it was clear she had just woken up. She checked me in in her pijamas. She barely mumbled a word and rushed me out. Then I got to the hallway of my room.....it was scary. There was old furniture lining the hallways so I could barely walk through. Then outside my room was a pile of dirty rags thrown around on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. Once in my room, it was clear the comforter was not the same shade of white it started as...the bed felt like cardboard, and none of the clocks in the room worked. I immediately passed out because it was about 2:30 am at this point. I was awoken around 8 am by a noise I can only describe as someone playing dominoes with the old refrigerators in the hall. I'm not sure how people were able to make that much noise. The walls were paper thin and I was kept awake until checkout at 11. I will never be staying with this company again. It was an absolutely disgusting and horrific experience.

Problematic Battered Spouse Hotel Wife/Husband/Children fighting with screams.. police on scene all night. Dirty people filling every door way smoking like meth heads!
