Only bad rating i would give them is their rising stars and 1 star servers seemed to enjoy flirting and joking with each other causing them to miss little things consistently like drink refills or requested extra items such as condiments or sides. But I suppose that is to be expected with teenagers in a packed house on a Friday night. So over all a good experience.
We love Cracker Barrel wherever we go traveling. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always down home. Sometimes you have to flag down a server for reasons unknown. Other than that we love eating here.
Cracker Barrel food is pretty standard-fare comfort food; but this particular one had better-prepared food, nicely presented, and served quicker than most. Mary, our waitress, was especially friendly, observant of our needs, and efficient. Nice store displays, too.
Food is great, but not plated in the best fashion. Portions are tiny, or seem so. The shopping area is awesome-sauce and prices are very reasonable.
Service was great, vegetables were great, but the Roast Beef is getting worse and worse every visit! Couple years ago we could ALWAYS count on the Roast Beef being tender and lean, but it has progressively gotten tougher and fattier! Flavor isn't near as good as it use to be either! Think I will have to try their chicken. Tired of being disappointed trying to give them benefit of doubt, like maybe they just accidentally got a tough piece of beef! No More chances sad to say!
I wanted to give a four and a half stars, but that’s not an option... oh well.
