Edit... This place is filthy. I thought I would give it a second chance and is even worse. Twice as many lazy people behind the register and every seat in the place is filthy including g the backs of the booths. I had to wipe down my own seat beefcake the worker who I asked to do it left it dirty. The bowl my food came in had a dirty napkin stuck to the bottom. This ain't baseball. There will be no third trip back.
Love the food and employees are nice but the restrooms are disgusting.
Horribly overpriced...10 bucks for bowl of to go spagetti... Almost no sauce on it....15 min wait...SAVE your money and make it at home....
I’m going with the least rating purely due to their customer service. On Dec 3rd around 7:45PM, I went to Plainfield, IN store to order a carry out and was provided the worst ever experience by their employee. English is not my first language, I guess the guy at the counter didn’t understand me but didn’t take any efforts he made me just repeat the pesto veggie twice and just turned around and walked away saying nothing then another women was kind enough to finish my order. He then was passing along some jokes to his peers which leads me to a perception that it was about my pronunciation. This hurts my feelings, it is not about language skills it is about being humane, I wish Noodles and Company educate their employee some human values. I’ll never visit N&C and specifically this store again.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. . The staff this Sunday was kind of slow to respond to people at the counter. The food is slow coming out of the kitchen. The portions are less than what they normally are, and the 'extra spinach' I paid for must translate into two extra leaves. The place is more than half empty and I see ten dirty tables piled with dishes. At least the folks working here are friendly... Just really, really slow.
