Everytime we eat at this Hardee's either the food is awful and/or customer service sucks. Today, granted it is Christmas Eve, they were so under staffed, lobby was closed. We then proceeded to sit in the drive thru for 10 mins. just be be told all this when I finally got up to order...and they had to shut down for 10 mins. to switch to lunch, I wanted breakfast. Guy taking orders got rude with me. We haven't eaten at this Hardee's in a year, and it'll take hell to freeze over for us to go back.
Every time I go here the food gets worse and worse. Tonight I had tacos. What little meat that they put on the tacos was cold. Like it just came out of the fridge and tasted disgusting. It's just not worth it anymore. They used to have the best tacos. The only good thing I can say is the customer service has always been good. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
